Her Coaching Journey
Jenny is an executive coach with a license in mental health (1997), and decades of success as a multi-business owner and leader in for-profit and non-profit organizations.
While navigating the aftermath her parents’ divorce as a teenager, she developed and implemented her own whole-person health plan, and still uses parts of it today. Her career began at 19 when she founded a small, profitable community-based wellness/programming business. Throughout her journey, Jenny’s emphasis has been ‘people development’.
She has over 30 years of experience as a professional coach, training leader, and licensed psychotherapist.

With an MSW, L.C.S.W. (mental health license), and numerous certifications in coaching and leadership development, Jenny is known for her warm presence and savvy, spot-on insights that she shares with wit and enthusiasm.
At the peak of professional success, Hurricane Katrina destroyed her primary private practice office and most of her family, friends, and clients were greatly impacted.
This period was a pivotal moment in a shift of priorities, and essentially re-evaluating everything.
Through this major, life-changing event, Jenny pivoted to what she’d been considering for some time – professional coaching. Jenny has trained with excellent coaching and management consulting experts across the U.S. She has worked with hundreds of transitioning professionals and business owners as they reimagined their lives, goals, and careers. Through her experience and professional training, Jenny integrates high-level coaching skills to empower her clients.
Since 2010, Jenny has been coaching full-time and works with executive coaching clients worldwide. She is a certified and highly skilled coach with a unique, deep blend of mental health, business, and leadership expertise.
